Meegan  Borios was born in Portland Oregon in 1955. She is a mostly self taught fine art painter painting professionally for over 45 years. Her work is seen in private homes and galleries. Meegan is skilled in portraits, landscapes, still life, abstract as well as functional art in furniture, pillows, floor canvases and other decor. She has been hired for live painting events such as weddings and an event called "Painted Stories" with Nevada Writers where she paints live as someone reads an excerpt from a novel. She currently is painting for a restaurant restoration.in Las Vegas.where she has lived since 2003.

• 2001 Docent work for the Guggenheim/Hermitage Museum opening scripting and giving tours daily
• 1998 Chosen to design the official  executive necktie for the New Orleans Sugar Bowl
• 1998 Selected by the Madisonville Louisiana Chamber of Congress to design the image for their official t-shirt to be sold at their historical events
• 1998 Featured Artist for the New Orleans Artists Against AIDS event
• 1997, 1998, 1999 private study in New Orleans with Valery Kosorukov fine artist and professor of 25 years teaching drawing and painting at the Surikov Moscow State Academy Art Institute
